Dr. V. Natarajan is one of the world's leading experts on Item Response Theory. He has worked extensively on theory and applications of IRT. He is a visiting faculty at ETS, Princeton, USA, and has been a member of the Association of Indian Universities for over three decades. He had the privilege of being taught the advanced principles of IRT from Dr. Fred Lord of ETS.
