Dr. V. Natarajan, is Professor Emeritus at MeritTrac Services. He is an Engineer & a D.Litt in Educational Evaluation and Administration. He guides the Test Development and Research teams at MeritTrac. He is the author of 68 books and over 60 international papers on assessment and a pioneer in the area of education assessments in India. He is a visiting faculty at ETS, Princeton, USA, and has been a member of the Association of Indian Universities for over three decades. He had the privilege of being taught the advanced principles of IRT from Dr. Fred Lord of ETS.
